About

Kusal has obtained his PhD in Built Environment from the University of Technology Sydney. He has all his primary qualifications in property (PhD, Honours and Bachelor’s degrees) and has some secondary qualifications in accountancy. He has completed a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy and has also completed the licentiate level of the Certified Practicing Accountancy.   
Kusal worked in the property industry for 7 years before joining academia and has been teaching property-related subjects for many years. This collective experience has provided him with an extensive understanding of education and pedagogical principles in a practical manner. 

He has experience and ability to teach several property-related subjects such as property valuation, introduction to property, property development, property capital markets, property management, property construction and development process, property economics and property accounting.
