Data was collected from major construction projects being undertaken by research partner organisations including the $1.6 billion Port Capacity Project (PCP).
Data collected linked client occupational health and safety management practices with project safety climate and performance.
Partnering with the RMIT team on this project has had clear benefits for the Port Capacity Project and assisted our endeavour to utilise trust as the catalyst for breaking down the traditional barriers that can exist between clients and contractors on major infrastructure construction projects.
