Associate Professor Bruno Schivinski specializes in online consumer behaviour. He consults for online service providers, websites, and scientific institutions such as the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MNiSW) and the National Science Centre (NCN) in Poland. He serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of Management and Business Administration–Central Europe. He is recognized for his expertise in quantitative research methods, focusing on multivariate data analysis and generalization techniques. His latest work is featured in top-tier journals, including the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Advertising Research, Industrial Marketing Management, and Journal of Clinical Medicine.

 

  Selected Accomplishments:
  • 2022: Awarded Outstanding Reviewer by the Emerald Literati Network, Journal of Product and Brand Management, for scientific quality and rigour.
  • 2020: Vice-Chancellor’s Award for Research Impact–Early Career Researcher–Design, RMIT University.
  • 2020: Best Paper Award Runner-up by Elsevier, Industrial Marketing Management, for "Reflections of 'Social media: Influencing customer satisfaction in B2B sales' and a research agenda."
  • 2017: Best Paper Award Runner-up by The Advertising Research Foundation, Journal of Advertising Research, for "Developing and Validating a Scale to Measure Consumers' Engagement with Social Media Brand-Related Content."
  • 2016: Awarded Outstanding Paper by the Emerald Literati Network, Journal of Research in Interactive Marketing, for "The impact of brand communication on brand equity through Facebook."
