My research interests focus on the way emotions, psychological needs and motivation impact on judgements of satisfaction, word-of-mouth communication and consumer loyalty. I am a media commentator and have published in leading international journals in the fields of Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism, Higher Education, Health and Information Technology. I am the coordinator of Strategic Marketing, an online and face-to-face Post Graduate capstone course, and I am available for PhD or Master's supervision.
