About

Dr Matthew Walker is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of HRM in the School of Management. His research engages with the impact and opportunities afforded by technological change for Human Resource Management (HRM) and Employment Relations (ER). His current research interests include digitalisation and the future of HRM, decentralised autonomous organisations and employee voice, and innovative methods of employment rights education targeting vulnerable groups. He holds a PhD from Monash University.
