Kieran brings extensive industry experience to his teaching and research, drawing on 15 years as a B2B services marketer with a multinational organization in Europe. This background shapes his practical, real-world approach to business education and research.

 

Kieran is dedicated to creating an inclusive, engaging, and collaborative learning environment, where students actively build both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise to support their academic growth and career aspirations. His teaching philosophy centers on fostering active participation, encouraging critical thinking, and connecting classroom learning to industry realities.

 

Kieran’s research focuses on qualitative explorations of service interactions, with a particular emphasis on advancing knowledge in service management and B2B marketing. His work aims to bridge the gap between academic insights and practical applications, contributing to both scholarly literature and industry practice.
