Pauline is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher at the School of Property, Construction and Project Management. She also undertakes the role as the Program Manager for Construction Management discipline.
Pauline is an industry-focused researcher, mainly in the area of infrastructure projects. She has a wide range of research interest which includes construction quality and safety, Artificial Intelligence and risk management, infrastructure procurement, and Public-Private Partnerships. Pauline's scholarly contributions were published in Q1 journals, such as, International Journal of Project Management, Production Planning and Control, Applied Ergonomics, Safety Science, and ASCE Journal of Construction Engineering and Management. She is also a member of the CIB W122 PPP Working Commission. As an early career researcher, she has over 765 citations and h-index 14 ( Google Scholar).
Pauline is an active member within the school. She undertakes various administrative duties as the Deputy Program Manager and is also part of the Ngulu and Belonging Committee, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, a project lead of the indigenous subcommittee, and the School's Reconciliation Action Plan representative.
