Dr Say Yen Teoh is a dedicated and forward-thinking Information Systems researcher and Senior Lecturer at RMIT University. Her expertise spans digital transformation, blockchain, and health information systems, with a growing research focus on the intersection of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and Artificial Intelligence. She explores how digital technologies—particularly AI—can drive responsible, sustainable business practices and has recently developed an AI-powered ESG artifact that exemplifies this vision in action.
Dr Teoh earned her PhD from the National University of Singapore and has since built a research program grounded in real-world application. Her work delivers tangible outcomes, influencing policy, driving industry innovation, and enhancing community well-being. With active collaborations across Australia, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the USA, her research reflects strong international reach and interdisciplinary relevance, effectively bridging academia, industry, and society.
Dr Teoh’s research has been featured in esteemed journals such as the Information Systems Journal, Communications of AIS, and Information Technology & People, reflecting her influence in scholarly and applied settings.
