Research Interests:
- Electrical properties and device applications of wide band-gap semiconducting materials, including metal-oxides and silicon carbide (SiC). Designing devices and packages operating at high power towards sustainable energy production.
- Growth and characterization of carbonaceous and metal-oxide electronic materials, including zin tin oxide (ZTO) and gallium oxide (Ga2O3)
- Material characterization including scanning probe microscopy (AFM), electron microscopy (SEM, TEM), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS, UPS)
- Finite element modelling to study the characteristics of materials/devices
