The Advanced Optical Materials (AOM) Network focuses on advancing opto-electronic materials research and connecting researchers with industry partners and investors to address global challenges.
The AOM Network brings researchers with different backgrounds in academia, including postgraduate students, together with industry to promote areas of interest in the field of advanced optical materials. We organise an industry seminar series, as well as workshops, where leading professionals from Australian and international industry partners discuss challenges, opportunities, and current trends in their field.
Members of the AOM Network are leading researchers in areas including:
Dr Philipp Reineck
School of Science
Dr Torben Daeneke
School of Engineering
Dr Joel van Embden
School of Science
A/Prof Daniel Gomez
School of Science
Dr Blanca del Rosal Rabes
School of Science
The AOM Network aims to enable collaboration between researchers from different disciplines and facilitate engagement between industry and academia. Everyone with an interest in optical materials is invited to participate and join the network.
