The RMIT Entrepreneurial Academics Network (REAN) connects academics interested in entrepreneurial outcomes and skills at all stages of their careers to build a community of practice and cultivate an entrepreneurial culture within the RMIT ecosystem.
The network works collaboratively to enhance entrepreneurial skills, research commercialisation, and knowledge sharing, creating a supportive community that promotes innovation and entrepreneurial success within and beyond RMIT University.
The following themes reflect areas of focus across REAN. Members may engage in multiple themes, contributing to the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the University.

Focuses on creating synergies between RMIT’s Melbourne, Vietnam, and Barcelona campuses to promote cross-campus entrepreneurial initiatives, collaborations, and shared resources for a dynamic ecosystem.
Covers the integration of entrepreneurial curriculum and pedagogy into teaching and learning, enhancing both academic practice and student entrepreneurial outcomes.
Explores the challenges and opportunities for female academics in entrepreneurship research and education, providing support and advocacy for gender equity in the entrepreneurial space.
