The Gamified Research Translation (GREAT) Network is a forum for faculty, specialists and practitioners to develop collective thought leadership on game-based tools and gamification as the means of research translation to achieve societal impact.
In its most basic form, business research translation with gamification involves multi-disciplinary tasks of taking research findings, human psychology and technology of game-design, and applying them to business contexts to achieve impact through change in behavior, cognition or emotional states.

The primary theme involves exploring and utilising gamification principles in translating business research findings, incorporating elements of human psychology and game design technology.
Emphasis on multi-disciplinary collaboration among faculty, specialists, and practitioners, highlighting the importance of integrating various perspectives to achieve impactful outcomes.
The overarching goal is to achieve societal impact by leveraging gamification to bring about behavioural, cognitive, or emotional changes in business contexts.
Promoting collaboration between researchers and industry professionals to address and solve real-world business challenges through the application of game-based tools.
The network aims to increase awareness and knowledge regarding the gamification of business research, indicating a focus on education and information sharing within the community.
Establishing and deploying a cross-disciplinary network of GREAT experts, specialists, and enthusiasts, underscoring the importance of fostering a diverse and collaborative community to advance the field of gamified research translation.
