Diplomas

What is a diploma?

A diploma is a practical, skill-based qualification typically completed in one to two years of full-time study. It prepares students for specific roles or industries through a practical teaching approach and offers a number of recognised pathway options, allowing students to earn credit or guaranteed entry into a degree.

There are different types of diplomas, which include diplomas and advanced diplomas. An advanced diploma is a higher-level qualification that offers more specialised learning outcomes and training. This deeper level of study prepares graduates for more advanced career outcomes in their field and may provide more credit or advanced standing in a bachelor degree.
