Toni's research focuses upon understanding and promoting participation in physical activity across the lifespan. She has particular expertise in Physical Education and is primarily interested in the physical activity and health of children and young people. Her research focuses upon the determinants and correlates of participating in physical activity, with an emphasis on motivation. Toni's research aims to improve individual and population physical activity and health through evidence-based interventions and policies.
