Dr Jacinta Humphrey is an Urban Ecologist and Research Fellow with the Interdisciplinary Conservation (ICON) Science Research Group at RMIT University. Her work explores Biodiversity Sensitive Urban Design and aims to find opportunities to improve habitat for wildlife in residential streets, parks, schoolyards and gardens.
Jacinta completed her PhD in Landscape and Conservation Ecology at La Trobe University. Her thesis investigated the influence of urbanisation on bird communities in residential suburbs of Melbourne.
