About

Betty is an experienced social worker and researcher with a strong track record of publication and a long association with academia.

Betty has been at RMIT since 2019 but had a long relationship with RMIT having undertaken all training at the University (BSW, MSW, GradCertBA) and managed a student unit for RMIT Social Work while in a previous organisation (NARI).

She has extensive project management skills through successful grant applications. Betty has strong research knowledge in the area of ethnic aged care and dementia.

Currently her focus is working in industry partnerships and what they mean for field education.
