About

I have extensive experience in entrepreneurial program leadership, mentorship, and venture development. Currently leading the Entrepreneurial Programme at RMIT Europe, I am dedicated to supporting researchers in transforming their academic work into market-driven solutions. Through the Research to Business training, I have guided over 60 researchers and assisted over 50 startups in developing essential skills for navigating the entrepreneurial landscape. My mentorship approach emphasizes market opportunity analysis, value proposition development, and creating viable business models, tailored to help researchers translate knowledge into impactful ventures.   My background in founding and managing sustainability-focused ventures complements my role, providing insight into the practicalities of building a business from the ground up. With a focus on deep-tech and sustainable innovation, I am committed to guiding researchers through the initial steps of bringing their work into the real world. I aim to equip participants with the entrepreneurial mindset and tools to create a lasting impact beyond academia through Entrepreneurship.
