About

I have been lecturing and mentoring in the Masters of Animation and Interactive Media (MAGI) since 2002, focussing on studio teaching in animation and interaction. My research sits in the field of Online Studios and Community of Practice. I have designed and delivered funded in person and hybrid animation workshops in Australia and the Pacific, collaborated on successful Erasmus Grant Funding and advised on other funded, creative projects.

Over the past 20+ years I have worked across the Animation and Interactive Media industries in a range of roles. Although my focus is often practice based and creative, I have worked in producing, consulting and management roles on a number of projects. I am interested in narrative in all of its forms and in working with the ever-evolving tools we have at our disposal to express and share them.
