Dr Lim is a pharmacist, academic and researcher. Her research focuses on pharmacogenomics, pharmacist-led interventions and pharmacy education.
Dr Chiao Xin (Chelsea) Lim is the coordinator of third year undergraduate pharmacy practice courses. Her research areas of interest include:
- implementation of pharmacogenomics in healthcare to optimise treatments,
- optimisation of medication adherence and self-care in people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds through pharmacist-led interventions,
- digital health in pharmacy practice and education,
- scholarship of teaching and learning, specifically on cultural competence and interprofessional education.
