Researcher with research interests in sound insulation, sound absorption, the radiation of sound from walls and openings, reverberant and anechoic sound fields, and building acoustics measurements
Professor Davy has conducted research in acoustics for more than 50 years. He is currently also collaborating with Professor Mohammad Fard from the School of Engineering to supervise research students in the areas of acoustics, vibration and computer recognition of squeak and rattle sounds in vehicles
