This scholarship is for DOMESTIC students only. Domestic students are Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents, holders of a permanent humanitarian visa, or New Zealand citizens. This scholarship is not open to international students - international students are applicants who do not hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency. They typically hold a temporary visa, such as a student visa.
