PhD Scholarship in Valuing the Handmade for Circular Fashion and Textile Economies

Exploring the value of the handmade for circular fashion and textile economies through practice-led research.

This project expects to generate new knowledge in the area of circular economy by using place-based and practice-led approaches to foreground the experiences, artefacts, processes and communities of the handmade.

$35,886 per annum.

The candidate should hold a first class Honours degree, or equivalent, in fashion and/or textile design or related field; the candidate should have Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
