  1. Programming and simulation: strong experience in Python or MATLAB.
  2. Mathematical modelling: probability, optimization, or multi-agent interactions.
  3. Machine learning: reinforcement learning, or multi-agent systems.
  4. Signal processing: spectrum sensing, localization, or radio environment modelling.
  5. Optimization and control: algorithm development for decision-making under constraints.
