Adrian's primary areas of research interest include:
- Supersonic and hypersonic aerothermodynamics
- Rotating Detonation Engines (RDE)
- Scramjet propulsion
- Rocket propulsion and access to space systems
- Viscous drag reduction/Jet interactions
- Computational fluid dynamics
He is interested in supervising Masters and PhD students in any area of research listed above.
His current projects involve the development of practical high-speed flight systems systems and associated enabling technologies.
