Dr Kingsley Baako is a Senior Lecturer in Property & Valuation in the School of Property, Construction and Project Management at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia.
Kingsley has expertise in property valuation, along with industry experience in Africa and Australia. As part of his teaching, Kingsley has, in the past, been responsible for delivering a wide range of property courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels including Property Planning and Public Policy and Communication Skills for Built Environment Professionals. For the past several years, Kingsley has been preparing, delivering and coordinating the Property and Capital Markets Course.
He is an avid reader and prolific researcher with multiple academic articles, industry reports and book chapters to his name, focussed on the area of housing pricing, housing affordabililty and property valuation and indexation. He has, and still does, supervise Masters and PhD candidates.
