About

Information systems academic with a focus on the practical aspect of technology

Dr Bruno is currently teaching into the Information Systems Major in both the undergraduate and postgraduate programs. He has taught across the program, but mainly practical courses with database, application development, networking and infrastructure topic areas. He actively participates in the program's orientation, open day, cohort experience activities and other marketing and community engagement activities. He is a HDR supervisor for a variety of research projects with HDR candidates. He has collaboration with colleagues, doing research into teaching programming, database, authentic assessment, the role of business analysts and role of being an effective usability practitioner.

Primarily focused on teaching&learning of information systems and the use of educational technologies. Also have a love of the practical aspects of technology specifically IoT, application development, database technologies and user experience (PhD).
