Dr. Venus Kanani-Moghadam is a Senior Lecturer and researcher in Strategy and International Business at RMIT, having earned her Ph.D. in International Business Management from the University of Newcastle. Her research lies at the intersection of Strategy, Innovation Management, and International Business, addressing critical strategic questions that enable companies to grow, adapt, and consistently outperform competitors. Before her current role, Dr. Kanani-Moghadam served as a Lecturer in Strategy and International Business at the Australian National University (ANU), where she also held the position of Program Director for the Master of International Business program. Her research emphasizes the complex interplay between human centricity, dynamic capabilities, and sustainability, contributing valuable insights into the strategic management field. Prior to her academic career, she accrued extensive experience as a business advisor and management consultant, providing both strategic direction and practical solutions to companies aiming to elevate their competitive standing.
