Dr Saima Ahmad is a Senior Lecturer in Management at RMIT University's Graduate School of Business and Law (GSBL). She holds a PhD in Management from Monash University. She is an award-winning researcher and her scholarly contributions encompass a wide range of publications in the form of journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters. With a strong focus on the development of sustainable work environments and promotion of individual well-being by cultivating positive leadership styles, Saima's research is at the forefront of creating positive impacts within communities. Her expertise extends to a wide range of industries, including education, banking, healthcare, and hospitality, where she has successfully executed projects addressing workplace issues such as bullying. Through her dedicated efforts, she strives to foster inclusive and supportive work cultures that enhance employee well-being and contribute to organizational success. Saima serves on the editorial board of the European Management Journal. She sits on the ABEN Advisory Committee.
In the RMIT MBA program, Saima coordinates and delivers courses such as Leadership Issues in International Management and Leading in the Age of Digital Disruption. She empowers students with valuable insights and equips them with the necessary skills to thrive in the dynamic business landscape.
