Dr. Viktor Arity is a Lecturer at the School of Accounting, Information Systems and Supply Chain at RMIT University. Dr. Arity entered academia in 2012. Dr. Arity is also a Chartered Accountant (CA) and brings a wealth of professional expertise to Dr. Arity's academic roles, enhancing the innovative teaching strategies. Dr. Arity has been honoured with numerous awards, including the prestigious RMIT University Vice-Chancellor's Award for Outstanding Contributions to Learning and Teaching, the KPMG Acclaimed Educator Award, and the College of Business and Law's L&T Impact Award. These awards highlights Dr. Arity's leadership in educational innovation.

 

Dr. Arity actively contributes to the scholarly community, serving as an editor for the Games for Change Asia Pacific Journal and as a board member of Games for Change Asia Pacific. Dr. Arity's interests lie in the gamification of education, which Dr. Arity frequently explores at international workshops and conferences. A Fellow of Advance HE in the UK, Dr. Arity has published on topics such as student experiences with remote teaching and the design of authentic assessments in business education, helping to shape the future of academic practice. Dr. Arity's work inspires engagement and equips students with the skills necessary for success in the evolving field of business.
